Bought seeds purchase wont complete.

DO NOT PLAY OR BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE PEOPLE!

So I bought a super cheap amount of seeds, the beginner $5 one. The purchase went through on my end but I never received my seeds. It keeps saying the purchase is underway but it never completes. I have left it up for over an hour now and still nothing. Whenever I click on the deal it says I already purchased it and I will be credited to my account yet it never is. Really upset because I loved the game hidden springs on Facebook and I assumed this would be the same thing.
Will change my star rating if I ever get these seeds.

UPDATE: I am absolutely appalled at the customer service this app provides. All they did was claim a purchase was never made when it was. I have proof from the actual Apple company which I sent them a screen shot of. Flero games just brushed me aside and said there was nothing they could do about my missing seeds. Ive NEVER had this happen to me before and I will never trust this company again. No wonder why this game didnt survive on Facebook (summer springs). You guys are the worst. Uninstalled the game, wish I could give you guys less than one star because you dont even deserve one!!!!!
